Our Studio Policy & Expectations

Please take some time to read over the following Studio Policies and expectations.

When things are running smoothly your teachers time, energy, and attention are able to be focused on the class and its students.

Letting Mapleford know who you are and that you are interested in taking classes.
The offerings of the studio, such as - Mouse-N-Bear, Sunrise®, Sunbeam®, Kids at the Keys, Adults at the Guitar.
Getting into a class program and making a payment. Choosing a class day, time, and make payment via a registration form on our website or in studio.
Your cost for the session in which your class will meet. Payment is due on or before the first class meeting of the session.
Length of time which a class meets within a Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer Quarter.
A 4 week option in our Music Pups classes.
A specific topic, in one session, which meets 1 time a week for 30 to 55 minutes.
An individual class day, time, level, and teacher in a Session.
One meeting of your class.
Classes with this designation are held Live Online via the Zoom platform.
Classes with this designation are held in our studio location.
This shows a class section with student interest or registered student(s). The class will begin as soon as there are enough registered students.
